ABOUT US

We are a company that was founded in 2019 by Carlos Dávila Sainz. We develop real estate business opportunities with several investors and participations. Our objective is to develop investment opportunities for our customers, with projects that are excellent in terms of design and quality and ready for the future.

Our founder has worked in the real estate area for over a decade and has worked in Yucatán since 2015, developing real estate projects such as the ZenCiti Mérida Project, a real estate innovation project, and the Paseo Alegría real estate project. Similarly, he has collaborated in more than 10 real estate projects, all completed successfully, for both, our investors, as well as our buyers.

Our objective is to continue contributing to the development and completion of business, management, and sales strategies that lead to excellent results in the investments of a national or foreign company, by making the most of our experience in the development area, analyzing, designing and implementing systems that will ensure the profitability of the project.

2020 – Participated as an investment partner in the SOLARIA Project, Oceanview Condos, at Los Cabos, BCS (Baja California Sur).

2010 – Project Director for the METQRO Company.
2005 –Development of a Subsidiary Project in Zapopan, Jalisco, México – One hundred and seventeen units.

To participate in the embellishment and economic activation of the historical centers of the city of Mérida, as well as other communities of the state of Yucatán.

VISION

To become a consolidated company, positioned in the real estate market of the Yucatán Peninsula.
